For those experiencing the character load error (mostly lights) we discovered a quick fix for the issue. The following steps should fix the problem:

Update your client and start (the error should kick you off game)
Open up your version and change the CurrentVersion to 1. When saving changes, save it as "Version.ini"
Update again and the error should be gone

For the recent character load error that started last patch. The steps are very similar to the old fix, which is why I've added it on this thread. Anyway, here's how you fix:

Open up your Version file.
Set your CurrentVersion to 50, then update.

This should fix it up for you, if not, leave me a PM.
